Gisele Bündchen, who is expecting her third child—and first baby with boyfriend Joaquim Valente—shared a message to ring in the New Year.
Gisele Bündchen isn’t starting a new page without reflecting on what has been already written.
The model, who is currently expecting her first baby with boyfriend Joaquim Valente, and also shares kids Benjamin, 15, and Vivian, 12, with ex Tom Brady, recently shared her thoughts amid ringing in the New Year.
“A new year is a special time to reflect on all that we have learned and what are the new things we want to create in our lives,” the 44-year-old wrote in a Jan. 3 Instagram post. “We are each responsible for where we chose to focus our energy and for what we create.”
Alongside photos of herself embracing the golden hour, Gisele also encouraged her followers to monitor where they put their focus in 2025.
“May you choose to nurture your energy in ways that fill your heart with love and compassion—for yourself and for others,” she continued. “Wishing you endless blessings and an extraordinary journey ahead. Let’s make 2025 an amazing year! Sending so much love to all.”
Although there is no better time for inspiration than the New Year, Gisele isn’t one to shy away from inspiring positive self-talk. After all, she often uses her platform to share words of wisdom to her followers.
“There’s no guide to life, no perfect roadmap to follow,” Gisele wrote in a post in November. “But remember everything you are, is a choice! To feel good, to be healthy, and to cultivate a positive mindset are daily choices that only you can commit to. Each day presents the opportunity to choose habits that nourish your body, uplift your spirit, and guide you toward the life you truly want to live.”
Of course, the expecting mom carries her positivity into parenting, too. Last March, she shared that transitioning from having a partner to being a single mom following her 2022 divorce from Tom was difficult, but she was able to find the silver lining.
“To live in a state of gratitude is like a protection in your life,” she explained to WSJ. magazine at the time. “We can look at things like, why is this happening to me? I believe we are here because we all have something to learn and to evolve and to grow. When I look back, the biggest, most challenging experiences in my life were all happening for me. They showed me that I was stronger than I thought I was.”
